Ari Lennox

Courtney Shanade Salter, better called Ari Lennox, is an American singer and musician born in Washington, D.C., who was the first woman to sign with J. Cole's Dreamville Records record label. The first album she released with the label on October 21 2016 titled Pho where she began gaining recognition. Shea Butter Baby released her first studio album 7 May 2019. Ari Lennox started uploading music online in the year 2012 after she dropped her debut mixtape Five Finger Discount, and her debut EP Ariography in the year 2013. The year 2014 saw her continue to release her music on the web, including her own released single Bound. In July of 2015, she appeared on Omen's album Elephant Eyes on the track Sweat it Out. Later that year her music began to circulate throughout the Dreamville team as J. Cole wanted her to collaborate with him on some possible references for Rihanna. The news was released on the 8th of December she signed with Dreamville Records. Backseat was her contribution to The Revenge of the Dreamers II album. Her Pho EP was released on her debut EP, on Oct 21 in 2016. Ari Lennox later appeared on J. Cole's track Change and performed as an opening act on the 4 Your Eyez Only Tour in 2017. She also appeared in 2018 on two tracks with her labelmates EarthGang to Nothing but the Best. and Bas on Icarus. Ari Lennox's first album Shea Butter Baby was released on July 16, 2018. The album's first single, called Whipped Cream, from the album dropped on in September 5th, 2018, accompanied by a an accompanying music video. In November, she dropped two singles, forty Shades of Choke & Grampa. In November 2013, she released her debut album No One and Pedigree. Shea Butter Baby is a song that she performed with Cole for Creed II's soundtrack on the 16th of November. It then came out as a standalone single in February 2019, to coincide with her debut album. The music video premiered on 20 February 2019 to accompany the track. Within the first week, it had over 3 million views. In December 2018 she was a supporting act on the From East Atlanta With Love Tour in conjunction with 6LACK.

Ky-Mani Marley was born in Falmouth Jamaica on 26th February 1976, is among the most famous and rich Reggae singers. He sang in Shottas together with another vocalist Wyclef.
