Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley was born in Falmouth Jamaica on 26th February 1976, is among the most famous and rich Reggae singers. He sang in Shottas together with another vocalist Wyclef. Ky-Mani was signed to Shang Records for his 1996 debut Like Father Like Son album and songs like Judge Not (with Patra), Dear Dad", (which was the most popular song on the British reggae single) and"Who the Cap (remix), Sensimelia and others all contributed to the increasing recognition for his new generation reggae music. Ky-Mani collaborated with Praswell of Fugees on Avenue in 1997. It was an incredibly popular cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley was first seen on stage in Miami at Midem. At the Cameo Theatre Marley performed a set which was aired live on the Caribbean News Agency to 36 nations. Marley found himself engaged in a bidding war. The singer joined Gee Street/V2 Record, and in 1997, he collaborated with P.M. Dawn released the single"Gonna be" Movin' On Up. Bob
